Bluumme ("we", "us") is a camera-only social application operated by Emir Atay, Düsseldorf, Germany. We are unconditionally committed to the safety of minors on our platform and maintain a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form.

1. Prohibited content and conduct

The following are strictly forbidden on Bluumme and will result in immediate account termination and referral to authorities:

If content that appears to depict child sexual abuse is identified — whether via user report, proactive review, or any other means — we follow this pipeline without exception:

  1. Immediate removal of the content and suspension of the account.
  2. Report to NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) CyberTipline at cybertipline.org as required under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.
  3. Referral to German authorities — Bundeskriminalamt (BKA) Internet Crime Complaint and, where applicable, the local public prosecutor's office under §§ 184b, 184c StGB.
  4. Preservation of evidence for law enforcement in accordance with applicable data retention obligations.
